The Human CG (Chorionic Gonadotropin) CLIA Kit is a cutting-edge assay designed for the precise detection of CG levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This advanced kit offers unmatched sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for a variety of research purposes.Chorionic Gonadotropin is a hormone important in pregnancy, being produced by the placenta and playing a key role in supporting the development of the fetus.
Abnormal levels of CG can indicate various reproductive health issues, making it a valuable biomarker for studying fertility, gestational conditions, and more. With its reliable performance and user-friendly design, the Human CG CLIA Kit is an indispensable tool for researchers and healthcare professionals looking to explore the intricate mechanisms of reproductive health and pregnancy-related disorders.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human CG. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human CG and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human CG, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human CG. You can calculate the concentration of Human CG in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
