Human CD99 (Cluster of Differentiation 99) CLIA Kit
Utilizing a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) methodology, the Human CD99 (Cluster of Differentiation 99) CLIA Kit from Assay Genie allows for the precise and efficient measurement of CD99 levels in human samples. This kit boasts excellent sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for various research purposes.CD99, a cell surface glycoprotein, is involved in numerous cellular processes, including cell adhesion, migration, and apoptosis. Dysregulation of CD99 expression has been linked to various diseases, including certain cancers and autoimmune disorders.
By quantifying CD99 levels in biological samples, researchers can gain valuable insights into disease mechanisms and potentially identify novel therapeutic targets.Perfect for investigating the role of CD99 in health and disease, the Human CD99 CLIA Kit provides researchers with a powerful tool for advancing their studies in immunology, oncology, and beyond. Trust Assay Genie's expertise in assay development to enhance the accuracy and reliability of your research findings.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human CD99. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human CD99 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human CD99, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human CD99. You can calculate the concentration of Human CD99 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
