The Human CD45RA Monoclonal Antibody (PE-Cyanine5.5 Conjugated, HI100) is a cutting-edge tool designed for researchers studying human immune cells and their subpopulations. This monoclonal antibody specifically targets the CD45RA protein, a marker found on naive T cells, B cells, and a subset of memory T cells. Utilizing the HI100 clone, this antibody offers high specificity and sensitivity, enabling precise identification and analysis of CD45RA-expressing cell populations. Its PE-Cyanine5.5 conjugation provides bright and stable fluorescence signal suitable for flow cytometry applications, allowing for reliable detection and quantification of CD45RA-positive cells in complex samples.
The human CD45RA Monoclonal Antibody (PE-Cyanine5.5 Conjugated, HI100) holds great potential for research in immunology, infectious diseases, and autoimmune disorders, where understanding the dynamics of immune cell populations is crucial. With its robust performance and broad applications, this antibody is a valuable asset for scientists exploring the intricacies of the human immune system and its role in health and disease.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CD45RA is a 205-220 kD single chain type I glycoprotein. It is an exon 4 splice variant of the tyrosine phosphatase CD45. The CD45RA isoform is expressed on resting/naïve T cells, medullary thymocytes, B cells and monocytes. CD45RA enhances both T cell receptor and B cell receptor signaling. CD45 non-covalently associates with lymphocyte phosphatase-associated phosphoprotein (LPAP) on T and B lymphocytes. CD45 has been reported to be associated with several other cell surface antigens including CD1, CD2, CD3, and CD4. CD45 has also been reported to bind galectin-1. CD45 isoform expression can change in response to cytokines.
