The Human CD45RA Monoclonal Antibody (Alexa Fluor 488 Conjugated) (HI100) is a powerful tool designed for research in immunology and cell biology. This antibody, offered by Assay Genie, is specifically targeted towards CD45RA, a cell surface marker commonly used to identify naïve T cells in the immune system. With its Alexa Fluor 488 conjugation, this antibody provides fluorescent detection capabilities, allowing for precise visualization and analysis of CD45RA-expressing cells in a variety of research applications. The high specificity and sensitivity of the HI100 antibody make it a reliable choice for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence, and other fluorescence-based assays aimed at studying the distribution and function of CD45RA-positive cells.
CD45RA is an important marker for distinguishing T cell subsets and characterizing immune responses in health and disease. By utilizing the HI100 Antibody, researchers can gain valuable insights into the dynamics of T cell populations, immune activation, and disease pathogenesis. This antibody is a valuable asset for studies investigating immune system development, autoimmune disorders, infectious diseases, and cancer immunology.Enhance your research with the Human CD45RA Monoclonal Antibody (Alexa Fluor 488 Conjugated) (HI100) from Assay Genie, and unlock new possibilities in the field of immunology.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CD45RA is a 205-220 kD single chain type I glycoprotein. It is an exon 4 splice variant of the tyrosine phosphatase CD45. The CD45RA isoform is expressed on resting/naïve T cells, medullary thymocytes, B cells and monocytes. CD45RA enhances both T cell receptor and B cell receptor signaling. CD45 non-covalently associates with lymphocyte phosphatase-associated phosphoprotein (LPAP) on T and B lymphocytes. CD45 has been reported to be associated with several other cell surface antigens including CD1, CD2, CD3, and CD4. CD45 has also been reported to bind galectin-1. CD45 isoform expression can change in response to cytokines.
