The Human CD45 Monoclonal Antibody PE-Cyanine5.5 Conjugated (HI30) is an essential tool for researchers studying immune cells and immune responses. CD45, also known as the leukocyte common antigen, is a critical marker for identifying and characterizing immune cell populations in various tissues. This monoclonal antibody, conjugated to PE-Cyanine5.5, allows for the specific and sensitive detection of CD45 in flow cytometry and other immunofluorescence-based assays. The HI30 antibody is designed for use with human samples and offers high specificity and sensitivity, enabling accurate analysis of CD45-expressing cells. This antibody is ideal for investigating immune cell populations in immunology, cancer research, infectious diseases, and autoimmune disorders.
Its reliable performance and consistent results make it a valuable tool for understanding immune cell dynamics and immune system function in health and disease.By targeting CD45, researchers can gain insights into immune cell subpopulations, immune cell activation states, and interactions within the immune system. This information is crucial for advancing our understanding of immune responses and developing novel therapies for various immune-related disorders. The Human CD45 Monoclonal Antibody PE-Cyanine5.5 Conjugated (HI30) from AssayGenie is a trusted reagent for accurate and reliable immune cell analysis in research settings.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CD45 is a 180 - 240 kD single chain type I membrane glycoprotein also known as leukocyte common antigen (LCA) and T200. It is a tyrosine phosphatase expressed on the plasma membrane of all hematopoietic cells, except erythrocytes or platelets. CD45 is a signaling molecule that regulates a variety of cellular processes including cell growth, differentiation, cell cycle, and oncogenic transformation. CD45 plays a critical role in T and B cell antigen receptor-mediated activation by dephosphorylating substrates including p56Lck, p59Fyn, and other Src family kinases. CD45 non-covalently associates with lymphocyte phosphatase-associated phosphoprotein (LPAP) on T and B lymphocytes. CD45 has been reported to bind galectin-1 and to be associated with several other cell surface antigens including CD1, CD2, CD3, and CD4.
