The Human CD32 Monoclonal Antibody (PE-Conjugated, IV.3) is a specialized tool designed for research applications involving the CD32 protein, also known as Fc gamma receptor IIa. This monoclonal antibody, labeled with phycoerythrin (PE), offers high specificity and sensitivity in detecting and analyzing CD32 expression in human samples. CD32 is a cell surface receptor that plays a crucial role in mediating immune responses, particularly in the context of antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and phagocytosis. By targeting CD32, researchers can gain insights into its function in immune regulation and its involvement in various immune-related processes.
The PE conjugation of this monoclonal antibody allows for easy visualization and analysis of CD32 expression using flow cytometry and fluorescence microscopy techniques. Its application is particularly valuable in immunology research, infectious disease studies, and the development of novel therapeutic strategies targeting CD32-mediated pathways.By utilizing the Human CD32 Monoclonal Antibody (PE-Conjugated, IV.3), researchers can advance their understanding of CD32 biology and its implications in immune modulation, paving the way for potential advancements in immunotherapy, vaccine development, and immune-related disease treatments.

Background:
CD32 is a 40 kD polymorphic transmembrane glycoprotein also known as FcγRII and FCRII. It is an immunoglobulin superfamily member expressed on monocytes/macrophages, granulocytes, platelets and B cells. There are at least 6 isoforms of CD32 resulting from alternative mRNA splicing. CD32 mediates phagocytosis and oxidative burst in granulocytes, as well as platelet aggregation and immunomodulation. The extracellular domain of CD32 binds to polymeric and aggregated IgG and immune complexes, while the intracellular domain has been reported to associate with SHP-1 (B1 isoform).
