This antibody is specifically designed to target CD27, a cell surface marker that plays a crucial role in immune response regulation and activation.Designed for use in flow cytometry applications, this monoclonal antibody is conjugated with PE-Cyanine7 to enable precise and efficient detection of CD27 in human samples. The high specificity and sensitivity of this antibody make it an ideal choice for analyzing CD27 expression in various cell types, providing valuable insights into immune cell activation and function.
CD27, also known as a T-cell co-stimulatory molecule, is involved in T-cell activation, differentiation, and memory formation. Understanding the role of CD27 in immune responses is essential for unraveling the complexities of adaptive immunity and developing targeted immunotherapies for various diseases, including cancer and infectious diseases.By using the Human CD27 Monoclonal Antibody PE-Cyanine7 Conjugated (O323), researchers can enhance their studies on immune cell behavior, T-cell activation, and immunotherapy strategies. This antibody is a powerful tool for advancing research in immunology, cancer immunotherapy, and vaccine development.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CD27 is a 50-55 kD type I membrane protein also known as S152 and T14. It is a lymphocyte-specific member of the TNF-receptor superfamily. CD27 is expressed on medullary thymocytes, virtually all mature T cells, some B cells, and NK cells. CD27 binds to CD70 and plays an important role in costimulation of T cell activation, and regulation of B cell differentiation and proliferation. The cytoplasmic domains of CD27 have also been shown to interact with TRAF2 and TRAF5 to elicit NF-κB and SAPK/JNK activation.
