The Human CD123 Monoclonal Antibody PE-Cyanine5 Conjugated (6H6) is a cutting-edge tool for researchers studying CD123, a cell surface marker closely associated with hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells. This monoclonal antibody, conjugated with PE-Cyanine5, offers high specificity and sensitivity for human samples, making it a reliable choice for flow cytometry and immunophenotyping experiments. CD123, also known as interleukin-3 receptor alpha chain, plays a pivotal role in hematopoiesis and is a crucial target in the diagnosis and treatment of hematologic malignancies, particularly acute myeloid leukemia and myelodysplastic syndromes. By facilitating the identification and characterization of CD123-expressing cells, this antibody enables researchers to delve deeper into the mechanisms underlying leukemogenesis and to explore potential therapeutic strategies targeting CD123-positive cells.
With its robust performance and applicability in a range of experimental settings, the Human CD123 Monoclonal Antibody PE-Cyanine5 Conjugated (6H6) is a valuable asset for investigations in the fields of hematology, oncology, and immunology. Unlock the potential of CD123 research with this innovative antibody and advance your understanding of hematopoietic disorders and immune-related diseases.

Background:
CD123 is the 70 kD transmembrane α chain of the IL-3 receptor. Alone, CD123 binds IL-3 with low affinity; when CD123 associates with CDw131 (common β chain), it binds IL-3 with high affinity. CD123 does not transduce intracellular signals upon binding IL-3 and requires the β chain for this function. CD123 is expressed by myeloid precursors, macrophages, dendritic cells, mast cells, basophils, megakaryocytes, and some B cells.
