The Human CD10 Monoclonal Antibody (PE/Cyanine7 Conjugated) - HI10a (AGE1720) is a cutting-edge tool designed for researchers studying CD10, a cell surface marker that plays a crucial role in various biological processes. This monoclonal antibody, conjugated to PE/Cyanine7, offers high specificity and sensitivity for detecting CD10 in human samples, making it an invaluable asset for immunophenotyping and flow cytometry applications.CD10, also known as common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen (CALLA), is widely expressed in various cell types and is particularly associated with hematopoietic cells and certain types of cancer. By targeting CD10 with this advanced antibody, researchers can accurately identify and analyze CD10-positive cells in different experimental settings, providing critical insights into cell populations and disease mechanisms.
The conjugation of PE/Cyanine7 to this monoclonal antibody enhances its fluorescence signal, allowing for efficient multi-color flow cytometry analysis and detection of CD10 expression levels on cell surfaces. This feature makes the HI10a (AGE1720) antibody an indispensable tool for investigating the roles of CD10 in normal physiology and disease pathology, especially in the fields of oncology, hematology, and immunology.Researchers seeking to unravel the complexities of CD10 biology and its implications in health and disease will find the Human CD10 Monoclonal Antibody (PE/Cyanine7 Conjugated) - HI10a (AGE1720) from Assay Genie to be a reliable and essential reagent for their research endeavors.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CD10 is a 100 kD neutral endopeptidase and a member of the metalloprotease family. It is a type II transmembrane protein also known as common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen (CALLA), enkephalinase, and neprilysin. CD10 is expressed on B cell precursors, T cell precursors, and neutrophils. CD10 is involved in B cell development and has been shown to bind opioid enkephalins, bradykinin, angiotensins I and II, and other biologically active peptides.
