The Human CD10 Monoclonal Antibody (PE Conjugated) Hi10a-AGEL1717 is a cutting-edge tool for research in immunology and cell biology. This antibody is specifically designed for the detection and analysis of CD10, a cell surface molecule known for its role in cell differentiation and regulation.CD10, also referred to as Common Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Antigen (CALLA), is a key marker in the identification and characterization of certain cell types, particularly in hematological malignancies and lymphoid neoplasms. The PE-conjugated monoclonal antibody Hi10a-AGEL1717 offers high reactivity with human samples, making it an excellent choice for flow cytometry and immunofluorescence applications.
By targeting the CD10 protein, researchers can explore its functions in various cell types and disease states, providing insights into cellular processes and potential therapeutic targets. This antibody opens up opportunities for detailed studies in cancer research, immunophenotyping, and diagnostic applications related to CD10-expressing cells.Advance your research efforts with the Human CD10 Monoclonal Antibody (PE Conjugated) Hi10a-AGEL1717 and unlock new possibilities in the field of cell surface marker analysis and immunophenotyping.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CD10 is a 100 kD neutral endopeptidase and a member of the metalloprotease family. It is a type II transmembrane protein also known as common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen (CALLA), enkephalinase, and neprilysin. CD10 is expressed on B cell precursors, T cell precursors, and neutrophils. CD10 is involved in B cell development and has been shown to bind opioid enkephalins, bradykinin, angiotensins I and II, and other biologically active peptides.
