The Human CD10 Monoclonal Antibody (PE Conjugated) is a powerful tool for researchers studying CD10, a cell surface enzyme involved in various biological processes. This monoclonal antibody, conjugated with phycoerythrin (PE), specifically targets human CD10 and is validated for use in flow cytometry applications. It enables the detection and quantification of CD10 expression in different cell populations, making it an excellent choice for studies in immunology, oncology, and developmental biology.CD10, also known as Common Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Antigen (CALLA), is a marker used to identify various cell types, including lymphoid and myeloid cells. Its expression pattern has been linked to differentiation status and disease progression, particularly in hematologic malignancies.
The ability to accurately measure CD10 levels in cells provides valuable insights into cellular function and disease mechanisms, aiding in the development of targeted therapies and diagnostic tools.Researchers investigating cell differentiation, leukemia, and other related fields will find the Human CD10 Monoclonal Antibody (PE Conjugated) from Assay Genie to be a reliable and efficient reagent for their experiments. Its specificity, sensitivity, and consistent performance make it a valuable asset for advancing scientific knowledge and exploring the intricacies of CD10 biology.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CD10 is a 100 kD neutral endopeptidase and a member of the metalloprotease family. It is a type II transmembrane protein also known as common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen (CALLA), enkephalinase, and neprilysin. CD10 is expressed on B cell precursors, T cell precursors, and neutrophils. CD10 is involved in B cell development and has been shown to bind opioid enkephalins, bradykinin, angiotensins I and II, and other biologically active peptides.
