The Human Casein Kappa (CSN3) ELISA Kit is a reliable tool for the quantitative detection of casein kappa levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for a variety of research applications.Casein kappa, a subtype of casein proteins, is essential for the production of milk and plays a key role in the formation and structure of milk protein complexes. Abnormalities in casein kappa levels have been associated with various health conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and potentially developing targeted treatments.
With its user-friendly protocol and high-quality components, the Human Casein Kappa (CSN3) ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers studying the role of casein kappa in health and disease. Visit the link to learn more about this kit and how it can support your research efforts.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
