Human Carnitine Palmitoyltransferase 1A, Liver (CPT1A) ELISA Kit
The Human Carnitine Palmitoyltransferase 1A Liver (CPT1A) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of CPT1A levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for a wide range of research applications.CPT1A is a key enzyme involved in fatty acid metabolism, particularly in the liver where it regulates the uptake and oxidation of fatty acids. Dysregulation of CPT1A has been linked to metabolic disorders such as fatty liver disease and obesity, making it a crucial biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions.
By utilizing the Human CPT1A ELISA Kit, researchers can accurately assess CPT1A levels in biological samples, providing valuable insights into the role of this enzyme in metabolic health and disease. With its high performance and reliability, this kit is an essential tool for advancing research in the field of lipid metabolism and metabolic disorders.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
