Human Carboxypeptidase A3, Mast Cell (CPA3) ELISA Kit
The Human Carboxypeptidase A3 (CPA3) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the quantitative detection of CPA3 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is highly sensitive and specific, providing accurate and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.CPA3 is an important enzyme found in mast cells, playing a role in regulating inflammatory responses and immune reactions. Abnormal levels of CPA3 have been associated with various allergic and autoimmune diseases, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing targeted therapies.
With the Human CPA3 ELISA Kit, researchers can easily measure CPA3 levels in biological samples, enabling a better understanding of mast cell function and its implications in disease pathogenesis. Trust in the reliability and precision of this kit for advancing your research in immunology and inflammatory disorders.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
