The Human Carbonyl Reductase 3 (CBR3) ELISA Kit is a reliable tool for the precise measurement of CBR3 levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides accurate and reproducible results, making it ideal for a variety of research applications.CBR3 is an important enzyme involved in the metabolism of carbonyl compounds, playing a role in detoxification processes and drug metabolism. Dysregulation of CBR3 has been linked to various diseases such as cancer, diabetes, and neurodegenerative disorders, highlighting its significance as a potential biomarker for disease progression and drug development.
By utilizing the Human Carbonyl Reductase 3 ELISA Kit, researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of CBR3 in disease pathogenesis and potentially identify new therapeutic targets for intervention. This kit is a valuable tool for studying CBR3 function and its implications in human health.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
