The Human CA19-9 (Carbohydrate Antigen 19-9) CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate detection of CA19-9 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it an ideal tool for researchers looking to study CA19-9 as a biomarker in various conditions. CA19-9 is a carbohydrate antigen that has been associated with a variety of cancers, particularly pancreatic cancer. Monitoring CA19-9 levels can aid in cancer diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment effectiveness.
Additionally, elevated levels of CA19-9 have been linked to other gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary disorders, making it a valuable marker for researchers studying these conditions. With its high sensitivity and specificity, the Human CA19-9 CLIA Kit from Assay Genie is a valuable resource for researchers looking to advance their understanding of CA19-9 and its role in disease progression. Order your kit today to start exploring the potential applications of this important biomarker.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human CA19-9. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human CA19-9 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human CA19-9, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human CA19-9. You can calculate the concentration of Human CA19-9 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
