The Human C4a Complement Component 4a CLIA Kit is a reliable and efficient tool for measuring levels of C4a complement component 4a in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit offers accurate and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.C4a complement component 4a is a key player in the complement system, a crucial part of the immune response that helps to identify and eliminate pathogens and damaged cells. Dysregulation of the complement system, including abnormalities in C4a levels, has been implicated in various health conditions such as autoimmune diseases, inflammatory disorders, and infections.
Therefore, measuring C4a levels can provide valuable insights into the immune system's functioning and the development of related diseases.Whether you are studying immune responses in disease conditions, evaluating treatment responses, or exploring potential therapeutic targets, the Human C4a Complement Component 4a CLIA Kit is a valuable tool for advancing your research. Trust in its accuracy and precision to support your investigations and discoveries in the field of immunology and beyond.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human C4a. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human C4a and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human C4a, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human C4a. You can calculate the concentration of Human C4a in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
