The Human C4 Binding Protein Beta (C4BPB) ELISA Kit is a reliable and accurate tool for the measurement of C4BPB levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This ELISA kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, delivering consistent and reproducible results for a wide range of research applications.C4BPB is a key protein involved in the regulation of the complement system, playing a crucial role in immune response and inflammation. Dysregulation of C4BPB has been implicated in various autoimmune diseases and inflammatory conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these disorders and developing potential therapeutic interventions.
With its easy-to-use protocol and precise quantification capabilities, the Human C4BPB ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers investigating the role of C4BPB in health and disease. Trust in this kit to provide accurate and reliable data for your research needs.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
