The Human C1q (Complement 1q) CLIA Kit is a high-performance assay designed for the precise and quantitative determination of C1q levels in human samples. C1q, a key component of the complement system, plays a critical role in immune defense, immune complex clearance, and the initiation of the classical complement pathway. Dysregulation of C1q expression or function has been implicated in various immune disorders, autoimmune diseases, and inflammatory conditions, emphasizing its clinical significance in immune homeostasis and disease pathology. This advanced CLIA kit offers researchers and clinicians a reliable tool to assess C1q protein levels accurately, providing valuable insights into immune responses, complement activation, and disease mechanisms.
By measuring C1q concentrations, this kit enables the investigation of complement system activity, immune complex-mediated diseases, and the development of targeted therapeutic interventions. With exceptional sensitivity and specificity, the Human C1q CLIA Kit delivers precise and reproducible results, ensuring robust performance and accurate quantification of C1q in a range of biological samples. Manufactured under stringent quality controls, this kit offers a user-friendly experience, making it a preferred choice for research, clinical diagnostics, and immune-related studies.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human C1q. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human C1q and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human C1q, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human C1q. You can calculate the concentration of Human C1q in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
