The Human Bridging Integrator 1 (BIN1) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for researchers studying the BIN1 protein in human samples. This kit allows for the precise quantification of BIN1 levels in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants with high sensitivity and specificity.BIN1 is known to play a key role in various cellular processes, including membrane trafficking and synaptic vesicle recycling. Dysregulation of BIN1 has been implicated in diseases such as Alzheimer's and cancer, making it a valuable biomarker for understanding disease mechanisms and developing targeted therapies.
With its reliable and reproducible results, the Human BIN1 ELISA Kit is suitable for a wide range of research applications, providing researchers with the tools they need to advance their studies in the field of cellular biology and disease research.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
