Human Brain Derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF) ELISA Kit
The Human Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF) ELISA Kit is a reliable and sensitive assay designed for the accurate detection of BDNF levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high specificity and sensitivity, ensuring precise and reproducible results for various research applications in the field of neuroscience.BDNF is a critical neurotrophic factor that plays a key role in the growth, survival, and differentiation of neurons in the brain. Dysregulation of BDNF levels has been associated with various neurological and psychiatric disorders such as depression, Alzheimer's disease, and schizophrenia.
Hence, measuring BDNF levels can provide valuable insights into these conditions and aid in the development of potential therapeutic strategies.Whether you are studying the mechanisms of neuroplasticity, investigating the pathophysiology of neurodegenerative disorders, or exploring potential treatments for psychiatric illnesses, the Human BDNF ELISA Kit is an essential tool for accurate quantification of BDNF levels in human samples. Trust in the precision and reliability of this kit for your research needs.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
