Human BMP Binding Endothelial Regulator (BMPER) ELISA Kit
The Human BMP Binding Endothelial Regulator (BMPER) ELISA Kit is a reliable tool for the accurate measurement of BMPER levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is specifically designed with high sensitivity and specificity to ensure precise and consistent results, making it an invaluable resource for a variety of research applications.BMPER is a key regulator of vascular development and plays a critical role in modulating the activity of bone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs) in the endothelial cells.
Dysregulation of BMPER expression has been linked to a range of diseases, including cardiovascular disorders and cancer, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and exploring potential therapeutic interventions. With the Human BMPER ELISA Kit, researchers can confidently investigate the role of BMPER in angiogenesis and vascular homeostasis, gaining valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying various diseases and paving the way for innovative treatment strategies.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
