Human BMP-15 (Bone Morphogenetic Protein 15) ELISA Kit
The Human BMP-15 (Bone Morphogenetic Protein 15) ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative detection of BMP-15 levels in various human biological samples. Bone Morphogenetic Protein 15 (BMP-15) is a key signaling molecule belonging to the transforming growth factor beta (TGF-β) superfamily, known for its essential roles in reproductive processes, folliculogenesis, and oocyte development.
BMP-15 is critically involved in regulating ovarian function, including follicular growth and oocyte maturation. Accurate measurement of BMP-15 is crucial for studying its impact on fertility, reproductive health, and ovarian function. The ELISA kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results. With stringent quality control measures and robust performance, this kit provides reliable data for both research and clinical applications. Choose Assay Genie's BMP-15 ELISA Kit for accurate quantification of this important protein in your studies.

This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human BMP-15. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human BMP-15 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human BMP-15, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Human BMP-15. You can calculate the concentration of Human BMP-15 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
