The Human BLC (B Lymphocyte Chemoattractant) CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate detection of BLC levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it ideal for a variety of research applications.BLC, also known as B lymphocyte chemoattractant, is a key chemokine involved in the recruitment of B lymphocytes to specific tissues and sites of inflammation.
Elevations in BLC levels have been associated with autoimmune diseases, inflammation, and immune system dysregulation, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapies. With its high sensitivity and specificity, the Human BLC CLIA Kit offers researchers a powerful tool for accurately measuring BLC levels in biological samples, enhancing their understanding of immune responses and inflammatory processes.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human BLC. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human BLC and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human BLC, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human BLC. You can calculate the concentration of Human BLC in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
