The Human Biliverdin Reductase B (BLVRB) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the precise measurement of BLVRB levels in human biological samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers consistent and accurate results, making it an essential resource for a wide variety of research endeavors.BLVRB is a vital enzyme involved in the conversion of biliverdin to bilirubin, a process critical for the breakdown of heme and the regulation of oxidative stress.
Dysregulation of BLVRB has been associated with various diseases, including liver disorders, cardiovascular conditions, and neurodegenerative illnesses, thus highlighting its clinical significance as a potential biomarker for disease diagnosis and therapy development.Don't miss out on the opportunity to advance your research with the Human Biliverdin Reductase B (BLVRB) ELISA Kit, a reliable and effective solution for studying BLVRB levels in human samples.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
