The Human Biliverdin Reductase A (BLVRA) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the precise measurement of BLVRA levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is designed with high sensitivity and specificity to ensure accurate and consistent results, making it perfect for a variety of research purposes. Biliverdin reductase A is an important enzyme involved in the conversion of biliverdin to bilirubin, a key step in the breakdown of heme. Dysregulation of BLVRA has been linked to conditions such as hemolytic anemia, oxidative stress, and inflammatory diseases, making it a valuable biomarker for understanding these processes and developing new therapeutic interventions.
With the Human BLVRA ELISA Kit, researchers can easily quantify BLVRA levels in human samples, allowing for detailed analysis and insight into its role in different physiological and pathological processes. Get reliable and reproducible results with this advanced ELISA kit from AssayGenie.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
