Human ATPase, Na+/K+ Transporting Beta 1 Polypeptide (ATP1b1) ELISA Kit
The Human ATPase Na+/K+ transporting beta 1 polypeptide (ATP1B1) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the quantification of ATP1B1 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is designed with high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reliable results for a variety of research applications.ATP1B1 is an important protein involved in the regulation of sodium and potassium ion transport across cell membranes. Dysfunction of ATP1B1 has been linked to various diseases including hypertension, heart failure, and neurological disorders.
As such, measuring ATP1B1 levels can provide valuable insights into the pathophysiology of these conditions and aid in the development of potential therapeutic strategies. With its robust performance and versatility, the Human ATP1B1 ELISA Kit is an indispensable tool for researchers seeking to deepen their understanding of ion transport mechanisms and their implications in health and disease. Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
