Human ATP Binding Cassette Transporter C4 (ABCC4) ELISA Kit
The Human ATP-Binding Cassette Transporter C4 (ABCC4) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate detection of ABCC4 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.ABCC4, also known as the multidrug resistance protein 4, is a key transporter protein that plays a crucial role in mediating the transport of various substrates across cell membranes. Dysregulation of ABCC4 has been associated with drug resistance in cancer cells and is implicated in various diseases, making it a valuable biomarker for research and potential therapeutic development.
Overall, the Human ABCC4 ELISA Kit provides researchers with a reliable tool for studying the roles and mechanisms of this important transporter protein in health and disease. Its accurate and sensitive detection capabilities make it a valuable asset for advancing scientific understanding and potentially developing new treatment strategies.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
