Human Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor Nuclear Translocator Like Protein (ARNTL) ELISA Kit
The Human Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor Nuclear Translocator-Like Protein (ARNTL) ELISA Kit is a reliable and accurate tool for detecting ARNTL levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, providing dependable and consistent results for a variety of research applications.ARNTL, also known as BMAL1, is a key component of the circadian clock and plays a crucial role in regulating the expression of clock-controlled genes. Dysregulation of ARNTL has been linked to various health conditions, including metabolic disorders, sleep disorders, and various chronic diseases.
Understanding the role of ARNTL in these conditions can provide valuable insights for developing novel therapeutic interventions. With its high performance and versatility, the Human ARNTL ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers studying circadian rhythms, metabolic disorders, and other related fields. Ensure accurate and precise measurements of ARNTL levels with this advanced ELISA kit from Assay Genie.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
