The Human Angiotensin II Receptor 2 (AGTR2) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for accurately measuring the levels of AGTR2 in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results, making it an excellent choice for a variety of research applications.AGTR2 is a critical receptor involved in the renin-angiotensin system, playing a role in regulating blood pressure, fluid balance, and vascular tone.
Dysregulation of AGTR2 has been linked to various cardiovascular diseases, including hypertension and heart failure, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential treatment strategies. With its advanced technology and reliable performance, the Human AGTR2 ELISA Kit provides researchers with a valuable tool for advancing their understanding of AGTR2 biology and its implications in human health and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
