The Human Angiotensin 1-7 (Ang1-7) ELISA Kit is specially designed to accurately measure Ang1-7 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers reliable and consistent results, making it an excellent choice for a variety of research applications.Angiotensin 1-7 is a crucial peptide involved in regulating blood pressure and cardiovascular function. It plays a role in balancing the effects of other members of the renin-angiotensin system, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions in conditions such as hypertension, heart failure, and kidney disease.
By accurately quantifying Ang1-7 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of this peptide in various disease states and potentially identify new treatment strategies. The Human Angiotensin 1-7 ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for studying the biology of Ang1-7 and its potential as a biomarker for cardiovascular and renal diseases.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition. Note:To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
