Human AMPK (Phosphorylated Adenosine Monophosphate Activated Protein Kinase) CLIA Kit
The Human AMPK (Phosphorylated Adenosine Monophosphate-Activated Protein Kinase) CLIA Kit is specifically designed for the quantitative detection of phosphorylated adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit boasts high sensitivity and specificity, providing accurate and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.AMPK is a critical enzyme that plays a central role in regulating cellular energy homeostasis. It functions as a metabolic master switch, regulating various cellular processes such as glucose uptake, fatty acid oxidation, and protein synthesis.
Dysregulation of AMPK has been implicated in various metabolic disorders, including obesity, type 2 diabetes, and cardiovascular disease.By accurately measuring phosphorylated AMPK levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the metabolic status of cells and tissues, as well as potential therapeutic targets for metabolic diseases. Order the Human AMPK CLIA Kit today to advance your research in the fields of metabolism, energy regulation, and metabolic diseases.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human AMPK. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human AMPK and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human AMPK, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human AMPK. You can calculate the concentration of Human AMPK in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
