The Human Alpha-1 Antitrypsin (A1AT) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise and reliable measurement of A1AT levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers superior sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reproducible results for various research applications.Alpha-1 Antitrypsin is a vital protein responsible for protecting the lungs and other tissues from damage caused by enzymes. Deficiency in A1AT can lead to serious respiratory conditions such as emphysema and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
Therefore, monitoring A1AT levels is crucial for understanding these conditions and developing potential treatment options. With its high performance and ease of use, the Human A1AT ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers studying respiratory diseases, genetic disorders, and inflammation-related conditions. Upgrade your research with this advanced kit and unlock new insights into the role of A1AT in human health and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
