The Human Alcohol Dehydrogenase 2 (ADH2) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate quantification of ADH2 levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is highly sensitive and specific, ensuring precise and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.ADH2 is a key enzyme involved in metabolizing alcohol in the human body, playing a crucial role in alcohol metabolism and detoxification processes. Variations in ADH2 levels and activity have been linked to alcohol-related disorders and diseases, making it a valuable biomarker for studying alcohol metabolism and its effects on health.
With the Human Alcohol Dehydrogenase 2 (ADH2) ELISA Kit, researchers can easily measure ADH2 levels in human samples, providing valuable insights into alcohol metabolism, alcohol-related diseases, and potential therapeutic interventions. This kit is essential for advancing research in the field of alcohol metabolism and its impact on human health.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
