The Human Alb (Albumin) CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate measurement of albumin levels in human serum and plasma samples. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it ideal for a wide range of research applications.Albumin is a key protein in the body responsible for maintaining oncotic pressure and transporting various molecules, such as hormones and drugs. Changes in albumin levels can indicate various health conditions, including liver or kidney diseases, malnutrition, and inflammatory disorders.
By using the Human Alb CLIA Kit, researchers can effectively measure albumin levels in clinical samples, aiding in the diagnosis and monitoring of various diseases. This kit offers a simple and efficient way to study the role of albumin in health and disease, providing valuable insights for potential therapeutic interventions.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human ALB. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human ALB and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human ALB, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human ALB. You can calculate the concentration of Human ALB in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
