The Human Apoptosis-Inducing Factor (AIF) ELISA Kit is a cutting-edge tool designed for the precise quantification of AIF levels in human samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This advanced kit boasts exceptional sensitivity and accuracy, guaranteeing robust and consistent results for a diverse array of research applications.AIF is a key protein involved in apoptosis, or programmed cell death, playing a critical role in regulating cell survival and death pathways. Dysregulation of AIF has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and autoimmune conditions, highlighting its importance as a potential biomarker for disease diagnosis and therapeutic development.
With its user-friendly design and exceptional performance, the Human AIF ELISA Kit is a valuable asset for researchers studying apoptosis, cell death pathways, and the underlying mechanisms of various diseases. Trust in this reliable and innovative kit to accelerate your research and advance scientific discovery in the field of apoptosis biology.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
