Human Adrenergic Receptor Beta 3 (ADRb3) ELISA Kit
The Human Adrenergic Receptor Beta-3 (ADRB3) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate measurement of ADRB3 levels in human samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and consistent results that are vital for various research applications.ADRB3 is an important receptor involved in mediating the effects of adrenaline and noradrenaline, playing a key role in various physiological processes such as metabolism, thermogenesis, and cardiovascular function.
Dysregulation of ADRB3 has been linked to conditions like obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these diseases and potential therapeutic interventions. With its advanced technology and reliable performance, the Human Adrenergic Receptor Beta-3 (ADRB3) ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers studying the role of ADRB3 in health and disease, providing accurate and reproducible data for further exploration and discovery.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
