Human Adrenergic Receptor Alpha 1A (ADRa1A) ELISA Kit
The Human Adrenergic Receptor Alpha-1A (ADRA1A) ELISA Kit is a cutting-edge tool for the precise measurement of ADRA1A levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers accurate and consistent results, making it an invaluable asset for various research applications. The ADRA1A protein is a key player in mediating the physiological effects of adrenaline, impacting functions such as blood pressure regulation and smooth muscle contraction.
Dysregulation of ADRA1A signaling has been implicated in conditions like hypertension, prostate enlargement, and psychiatric disorders, highlighting its importance as a potential therapeutic target and diagnostic marker. With the Human ADRA1A ELISA Kit, researchers can gain deeper insights into the role of ADRA1A in health and disease, paving the way for the development of new treatment strategies and diagnostic tools. Trust in this advanced kit to accelerate your research and unlock the mysteries of ADRA1A biology.

Linearity:
The linearity of the kit was assayed by testing samples spiked with appropriate concentration of the index and their serial dilutions. The results were demonstrated by the percentage of calculated concentration to the expected.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
