The Human Adipor1 (Adiponectin Receptor 1) CLIA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate detection of Adiponectin Receptor 1 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit ensures reliable and reproducible results, making it an ideal tool for a wide range of research applications related to adiponectin signaling pathways.Adiponectin Receptor 1 is a key receptor involved in mediating the effects of adiponectin, a hormone that plays a crucial role in regulating metabolism and insulin sensitivity. Dysregulation of adiponectin signaling is associated with various metabolic disorders, such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases, making Adiponectin Receptor 1 a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic strategies.
Overall, the Human Adipor1 CLIA Kit provides researchers with a reliable and efficient method for studying the role of Adiponectin Receptor 1 in metabolic disorders and other related conditions, ultimately contributing to the advancement of medical research and the development of targeted therapies.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human ADIPOR1. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human ADIPOR1 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human ADIPOR1, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human ADIPOR1. You can calculate the concentration of Human ADIPOR1 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
