The Human Adiponectin Receptor 1 (ADIPOR1) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate measurement of ADIPOR1 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results for various research applications.ADIPOR1 is a key receptor involved in the regulation of adiponectin, a hormone known for its anti-inflammatory and insulin-sensitizing properties. Dysregulation of adiponectin signaling through ADIPOR1 has been implicated in metabolic disorders such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases.
Therefore, this ELISA kit serves as a valuable tool for studying the role of ADIPOR1 in these conditions and potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Human Adiponectin Receptor 1 ELISA Kit provides researchers with a reliable means to quantify ADIPOR1 levels, furthering our understanding of adiponectin signaling pathways and its implications in various physiological and pathological processes.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
