Human Adenine Phosphoribosyltransferase (APRT) ELISA Kit
The Human Adenine Phosphoribosyltransferase (APRT) ELISA Kit is a cutting-edge tool designed for the accurate measurement of APRT levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and consistent results for a variety of research applications.APRT is an enzyme that plays a critical role in the purine salvage pathway, essential for maintaining cellular nucleotide levels and DNA synthesis.
Dysregulation of APRT activity has been linked to various disorders such as gout and kidney stones, highlighting its importance as a potential biomarker for these conditions. With its advanced technology and accurate detection capabilities, the Human APRT ELISA Kit is an indispensable tool for researchers studying purine metabolism, genetic disorders, and therapeutic interventions. Get reliable and reproducible results with this state-of-the-art kit from Assay Genie.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
