Human Adaptor Related Protein Complex 2 Mu 1 (AP2m1) ELISA Kit
The Human Adaptor-Related Protein Complex 2 Mu 1 (AP2M1) ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate detection of AP2M1 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides robust and reliable results, making it an invaluable tool for a variety of research applications.AP2M1 is a key component of the adaptor protein complex 2 (AP2), which plays a critical role in clathrin-mediated endocytosis and intracellular trafficking. Dysregulation of AP2M1 has been implicated in various diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and cancer.
Therefore, the measurement of AP2M1 levels can provide valuable insights into disease mechanisms and potential therapeutic targets. With its high sensitivity and specificity, the Human AP2M1 ELISA Kit offers researchers a powerful tool for studying the role of AP2M1 in health and disease. Its ease of use and reproducibility make it suitable for a wide range of experimental settings, making it a valuable addition to any research laboratory.
Product Name:

Linearity:
The linearity of the kit was assayed by testing samples spiked with appropriate concentration of the index and their serial dilutions. The results were demonstrated by the percentage of calculated concentration to the expected.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
