Human A Disintegrin And Metalloprotease 9 (ADAM9) ELISA Kit
The Human A Disintegrin and Metalloprotease 9 (ADAM9) ELISA Kit is specifically designed to accurately detect levels of ADAM9 in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit boasts high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring reliable and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.ADAM9 is a key protein involved in cell adhesion, migration, and proteolysis, making it a crucial player in processes such as tumor invasion, metastasis, and tissue remodeling. Elevated levels of ADAM9 have been linked to various diseases, including cancer, arthritis, and Alzheimer's disease, making it a valuable biomarker for studying and developing potential treatments for these conditions.
This ELISA kit provides researchers with a powerful tool for studying the role of ADAM9 in disease progression and for identifying potential therapeutic targets. Its ease of use, accuracy, and precision make it an indispensable resource for any laboratory conducting research in the field of molecular biology and biotechnology.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
