Human ABCA1 (ATP Binding Cassette Transporter A1) ELISA Kit
The Human ABCA1 (ATP Binding Cassette Transporter A1) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for researchers looking to accurately quantify ABCA1 levels in human samples. This kit is specifically designed for the precise detection of ABCA1 in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants, providing high sensitivity and specificity for reliable and reproducible results.ABCA1 is an important transporter protein that plays a key role in cellular cholesterol efflux and high-density lipoprotein (HDL) biogenesis.
Dysregulation of ABCA1 has been associated with various lipid metabolism disorders, making it a valuable target for research on cardiovascular diseases, atherosclerosis, and other related conditions. With its easy-to-use format and proven performance, the Human ABCA1 ELISA Kit is an essential tool for investigating the function and regulation of ABCA1 in health and disease. Upgrade your research with this advanced kit and unlock new insights into the role of ABCA1 in human biology.

This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human ABCA1. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human ABCA1 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human ABCA1, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Human ABCA1. You can calculate the concentration of Human ABCA1 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
