Human A Disintegrin And Metalloprotease 8 (ADAM8) ELISA Kit
The Human A Disintegrin and Metalloprotease 8 (ADAM8) ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for the precise measurement of ADAM8 levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring dependable and consistent results for a variety of research purposes.ADAM8 is a key protein involved in various physiological and pathological processes, including inflammation, immune response, tissue remodeling, and cancer progression. Its dysregulation has been linked to several diseases such as asthma, rheumatoid arthritis, and certain cancers, highlighting the importance of ADAM8 as a potential biomarker for disease diagnosis, prognosis, and therapy development.
By using the Human ADAM8 ELISA Kit, researchers can accurately quantify ADAM8 levels in clinical and experimental samples, facilitating further understanding of its role in disease pathogenesis and identifying novel therapeutic targets. This kit is a valuable resource for advancing research in the fields of immunology, oncology, and inflammation.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
