Human A Disintegrin And Metalloprotease 17 (ADAM17) ELISA Kit
The Human A Disintegrin and Metalloprotease 17 (ADAM17) ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate detection of ADAM17 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it ideal for a wide range of research applications.ADAM17 is a key enzyme in cell signaling and is involved in the processing of numerous membrane-bound proteins, including growth factors, cytokines, and cell adhesion molecules. Dysregulation of ADAM17 has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, inflammation, and cardiovascular disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions.
Overall, the Human ADAM17 ELISA Kit offers researchers a powerful tool for investigating the role of ADAM17 in normal physiological processes and disease pathogenesis. Its high sensitivity and specificity ensure accurate measurement of ADAM17 levels, providing valuable insights for further research and drug development efforts.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
