Human 3-Oxoacid Coenzyme A Transferase 1 (OXCT1) ELISA Kit
The Human 3-Oxoacid Coenzyme A Transferase 1 (OXCT1) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the accurate measurement of OXCT1 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is optimized for high sensitivity and specificity, providing researchers with reliable and consistent results for a variety of research applications.OXCT1 is an important enzyme involved in fatty acid metabolism, specifically in the process of ketogenesis. Dysregulation of OXCT1 has been linked to metabolic disorders such as obesity, diabetes, and fatty liver disease, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential treatments.
With its user-friendly protocol and robust performance, the Human OXCT1 ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers seeking to better understand the role of OXCT1 in metabolism and related diseases. Trust in this kit to deliver accurate and reproducible results for your research needs.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
