Human 2',5'-Oligoadenylate Synthetase 3 (OAS3) ELISA Kit
The Human OAS3 (Oligoadenylate Synthetase 3) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the precise measurement of OAS3 levels in human samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers accurate and reproducible results, making it suitable for a wide range of research applications.OAS3 is a key protein involved in the antiviral immune response, playing a crucial role in defending the body against viral infections.
By detecting and measuring OAS3 levels, researchers can gain insights into the immune response to viruses and develop new strategies for combating viral diseases.Overall, the Human OAS3 ELISA Kit is a valuable resource for studying the role of OAS3 in viral infections and immune responses, making it an essential tool for advancing research in virology and immunology.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
