The Human 14-3-3 Protein Epsilon (YWHAE) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate detection of YWHAE protein levels in human samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring reliable and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.YWHAE is a member of the 14-3-3 protein family, which plays a crucial role in regulating various cellular processes, including cell cycle progression, apoptosis, and signal transduction. Dysregulation of YWHAE has been linked to various diseases, such as cancer, neurological disorders, and cardiovascular diseases, making it an important biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions.
By using the Human 14-3-3 Protein Epsilon (YWHAE) ELISA Kit, researchers can accurately measure YWHAE protein levels, allowing for a better understanding of its role in disease progression and potential therapeutic targeting. This kit is easy to use and provides accurate results, making it a valuable tool for researchers in various fields of study.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
