Description
HSP90B1 Monoclonal Antibody [P2H3AT] (CPAB0282)
The HSP90B1 Antibody (CPAB0282) is a polyclonal antibody designed for research involving HSP90B1, a heat shock protein that plays a crucial role in cellular homeostasis and protein folding. The antibody, raised in rabbits, is highly reactive with human samples and is validated for use in various applications including Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry.HSP90B1 is a chaperone protein that assists in the folding and stabilization of client proteins, helping to maintain cellular integrity and function under stress conditions. It is involved in a wide range of cellular processes, making it a key target for research in areas such as cancer biology, neurodegenerative diseases, and infectious diseases.
By utilizing the HSP90B1 Antibody, researchers can study the function and expression of HSP90B1 in different cell types and disease states, providing valuable insights into its role in cellular physiology and disease progression. This antibody is a valuable tool for understanding the complex mechanisms of protein folding and cellular stress response, offering potential opportunities for therapeutic development in the future.

Background: | HSP90B1 is an abundant molecular chaperone resident endoplasmic reticulum (ER) lumenal stress protein which is part of the Hsp90 family. HSP90B1 is involved in maintaining protein homeostasis in the secretory pathway as well as functioning in the intracellular trafficking of peptides from the extracellular space to the MHC class I antigen processing pathway of antigen presentation cells. HSP90B1 has key roles in signal transduction, protein folding, protein degradation, and morphologic evolution. HSP90B1 protein associates with numerous cochaperones and involved in folding of newly synthesized proteins or stabilizing and refolding denatured proteins after stress. HSP90B1 is highly expressed in human gastric carcinoma BGC-823 cells during the whole cell cycle. |
